A perfect getaway at the best ski resort in North America.
Located at the beginning of the north village, everything is at a walkable distance. The price vs location of this property is unbeatable.
The lady at the front desk, Hannah. Was VERY rude. When asking her a question she would answer the phone in the middle of me talking. She would speak to a co worker able non work related things when my friends and I were trying to check in, and she overall made myself and friends visiting from Europe feel unwelcome. Definetly not the Canadian experience I wanted my friends to take back home with them. Aside from that the only complaint I have was how hard it was to find the check in desk. Online it's advertised as deer lodge but the photo online Shows the front of the building and the check in is actually way off in the back corner, had to ask several people for help.
There was a popular club literally outside of the building called garfs. Great for young people. The man at the front desk was very helpful and kind when we checked in. The room was large and everything was clean and worked as it was supposed too.
Excellent stay, my daughter asked if we could live here, in this particular apartment.
In the evening my daughter would of liked to watch tv, but we couldnt get one of he tv's to work, just a couple channels. The wifi didnt work for us either, even followed their instructions, but to no avail. But it didn't change the fact we loved this place.
It had such a homey atmosphere with everything you need inside the apartment. Very quiet building, great view and location.
other then the few damages we walked into it was very relaxing and the hot tub was perfect
the hallway closet door was broken the hot tub made a noise due to the low water level and cigerett butts in the filter the couch was ripped in one corner and I never knew there was no elevator so it was a struggle to get our luggage to the room , we also couldn't find a garbage can to dump our garbage to had to figure out another place to throw our things away
The beds were comfy location was great
It was fine - nothing exceptional but no real significant either!
Room was a bit noisy at times. At check in the room had already been check into so there was a bit of confusion upon arrival.
Nice large living area space. Really central location to everything.
Comfortable apartment in Whistler village.
Like everywhere in Whistler it was very expensive.
The apartment was clean and a reasonable size for the four of us. It was close to bars and restaurants and only a 10min walk to the gondolas. Check-in/out process was straight forward.
The single seater couches need to be replaced.
We enjoyed our stay at this location.
Check out at 10am is very early considering we weren't able to check in until 4pm the previous day.
Location was excellent, room was clean and had more than enough room for 4 people.
Best location for slopes or adventure
Couldn’t fault anything
The best accommodation if you are at Whistler for skiing. Heaps of room and everything we needed in our unit, we have been travelling for a few weeks from Australia and was nice to be able to have a washer and dryer and a descent shower. Our room had a lovely fire so was nice to stay in and enjoy that too.
$200 hidden fees shocked me at check
The hidden fees when we went to check in.
Amazing. Would highly recommend
The coffee table as it’s see through and hard to see
The value for money.
Extremely expensive and a disappointing ending to a great holiday
The apartment hadn’t been properly cleaned and checked when we arrived. The door mat was soaking wet, the dishwasher hadn’t been unloaded, the lights in the hallway to the second bathroom and laundry cupboard were not working and I stepped on a piece of glass in the ensuite bathroom and cut my foot. The TV remote in the master bedroom didn’t work (we tried to change the batteries but still didn’t work). The private hot tub had needed a water change during the day so needed a good 8 hours to heat back up which meant we couldn’t use it the first night. By the next evening it still hadn’t heated up to the correct temperature so this was obviously extremely disappointing for us as we were unable to use the hot tub for more than one and half days into our stay. After check out I received an email from the property manager accusing us for cracking a mirror in one of the bedrooms, (which we did not do, the damage was already there when we checked in) and telling me the rental property would be withholding our security deposit until they had received the repair cost, which would then be deducted from the $500 security deposit. The repair cost was extremely high, total $528. We contacted the property and the guy was very rude and unprofessional on the phone and wouldn’t listen to our side of the story and allow us to obtain additional quotes so we could have come to an mutual agreement but instead charged us the full amount for the repair cost. Be very mindful when booking this place and I would recommend to get a condition report from reception or have a staff member do a walk through with you to make sure there is no pre-existing damage to the property that you might get blamed for after.
The apartment was nice and the beds were comfortable.
The key collection and return procedure are inefficient.
The staff was late to work In the morning I return the key, I needed to wait for her for 30 mins to open the office and she didn’t apologise for being late. I was in a hurry to pick up my skis from my friend’s hotel who was going to check out.
The maintenance of the property is good
Great getaway with friends in a great location. Really enjoyed the open concept of the condo
Wasn't much parking aside from designated spot
